Important: Custom-order payments and final file delivery are completed inside Fiverr. JAANI ARTS will never ask you to send card details or an order payment through WhatsApp.

Quick questions, answered

Do I need a Fiverr account to order a custom design?

Yes. A free Fiverr buyer account is needed to place the order, keep project messages together, request included revisions and receive the final delivery.

Can I pay for a custom order through WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is only for general pre-order questions. Custom-order payment and final delivery remain inside Fiverr.

What files will I receive?

You will receive only the file types, resolution and deliverables listed in the selected Fiverr package, custom offer or digital-product page. Please review them before paying.

Are Digital Design Shop products physical items?

No. They are downloadable digital files. Nothing physical is shipped. Physical merchandise featuring selected JAANI ARTS designs is sold separately through Redbubble.

Can you recreate a copyrighted character or another artist's work?

No. Requests must not require copied artwork, protected characters, unauthorized trademarks or material the buyer does not have permission to use.

JAANI ARTS is an independent creative business. Fiverr, the digital-store provider and WhatsApp are separate third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
